Privacy Policy

When you use Natal Oracle, we collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, and birth details (date, time, and place of birth). Birth details are used solely to calculate your astrological chart and generate your reading.

We also collect standard usage data — pages visited, time on site, and interaction events — through analytics software (PostHog). This data is anonymized where possible and used only to improve the product.

Your email is used to deliver your report, send transactional messages (receipts, account updates), and — with your consent — occasional newsletters and astrological content via Beehiiv.

Your birth details are used to generate your natal chart, daily horoscopes, transit alerts, and any other personalized content you access. They are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. Natal Oracle never stores your credit card information. Stripe's privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled.

We use the following third-party services to operate Natal Oracle:

• Stripe — Payment processing
• Supabase — Database and user authentication
• Resend — Transactional email delivery
• Beehiiv — Newsletter delivery (opt-in only)
• OpenAI — AI-powered chart interpretation
• PostHog — Product analytics
• Vercel — Website hosting

Each of these services operates under their own privacy policies. We have reviewed each for GDPR and data handling compliance.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us or using the account settings page.

Payment records are retained as required by law (typically 7 years for tax purposes), even after account deletion.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. You may also request a copy of your data in a portable format.

If you are in the European Union, you have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
